Significance of the File
contains a profile topography, which can consists out of one or more longitudinal sections or cross sections

- names of 2D-locations, bathymetry files, profiles etc.
- coordinates (x,y) of the nodes

- (optional) various informations for data interpolation on points along the profiles; the type of information stored depends on the program used to generate this type of file (TICLQ2 or TR2LQ2)

- NC = number of comment lines.
- (optional) EPSG = EPSG code for coordinate transformation (see EPSG Geodetic Parameter Registry).
