location and description of open boundaries for DELFT3D

Contains the location and description of open boundaries for the integrated modeling system DELFT3D:
- name of the open boundary section;
- type of boundary (water level, current, discharge, total discharge, Riemann);
- type of data (astronomic, harmonic, QH tables, time-series);
- grid co-ordinates (M,N) of the begin and end point of boundary section;
- reflection coefficient;
- vertical profile (uniform, logarithmic, 3d profile);
- reference to blocks in the amplitude and phase file.
