General input file for program RSMERGE
File-Contents (in Catchwords)
- Information about the restart file to be read by RsMerge
- Name of original restart file
- Date and time
- Associated grid file
- Minimum allowed center distance inside of the grid
- Associated file containing the vertical structure
- Information about the restart file to be created by RsMerge
- Name of new restart file
- Associated grid file (it is allowed that this second grid is only a part of the original grid)
- Also allowed: depths can differ between original and second grid. But it is not allowed to use a second grid with a different horizontal resolution. Minimum allowed center distance inside of the second grid
- Associated file containing the new vertical structure (it is allowed to coarsen or to refine the vertical resolution)
- Information about the variation of the restart data
- Arbitrary addend and multiplier for each physical quantity
- The variation can be limited to a polygonal area (inside or outside of a polygon)
- It is not necessary to make use of this variation
