Significance of the File
A file of this type contains bearing data points as a group of bearing lines. The files in the KUEDAT data base in karlsruhe are of that kind of type.
File-Contents (in Catchwords)
different row types are defined by the letter in the first column:
- H: The beginning of a new bearing line. This row contains information about that bearing line but no data itself
- B: description of a section of a bearing axis
- R: measured bearing point. It is characterized by two position coordinates and a depth information in Mean Sea Level (MSL) and Normal Null (NN)
- D: as R, but maximum or minimum depth value
- U: as R, but minimum or maximum depth value
