Characteristic Numbers of Morphodynamics (independent of tides)
From BAWiki
Graphical representationof tide independent characteristic numbers of morphodynamics (with German text only). This graphical representation is also available in Encapsulated PostScript format
Motivation
Calculation and graphic display of several tide-independent characteristic numbers of morphodynamics can yield additional insight into medium or long term phenomena of natural coastal and/or inland waters. The computation of the tide-independent numbers can be preferably used for the analysis of changes in the bathymetrie during an arbitrary period.
An automatic analysis of all tide-independent characteristic numbers of morphodynamics is carried through by the computer program LZKMF.
