Significance of the File
contains general input data for the program ENERF

- comment line for the task
- name(s) of input file(s) with synoptical data
- name of the output file with generated and calculated synoptical data
- selection of physical quantities which shall be generated (conclude the list with ENDDATA)
- (optional) start and stop time for the data generation (are adjusted to the time steps of the input file if necessary)
- (optional) limit for drying and wetting
- (optional) name of the configuration file (filetype enerf.cfg.dat)
- ENDDATA concludes the input file informations
