The draft of a ship corresponding to a certain loading condition of a resting ship. Locally and temporarily possible maximum loaded draft associated to the offloading bottleneck, resulting from the depth and the dynamic driving conditions alone without taking into account the ship management and hydrological uncertainties etc.
