Definition
Water between the shore line of the mainland coast or the seaward limits of inland waters on the one hand and the territorial boundary, up to 12 nautical miles (boundary with the high seas) from the baseline of the territorial sea, on the other hand.; The sea between the coastline at mean high water or between the seaward boundary of the surface waters and the seaward boundary of the coastal sea.
