Basic Information

Name of Program

TOPVF

Version-Date

September 1995

Description-Date

June 1997

Catchwords

Calculation of 2D/3D areas and volumes, finite element topography

Short Description of Functionality

The program TOPVF calculates 2D/3D areas and volumes which lie between two arbirary referenc surfaces. Optinal the calculations can be done also for horizontal layers and columns sorted into depth classes.

Input-Files

  1. file with input data for program flow control (filetype topvf.dat)
  2. file containing the finite elements mesh (filetype gitter05.dat/bin)

Output-Files

  1. in table format for further processing with graphics software (e.g. Harvard Graphics)
  2. printer file topvf.sdr
