Definition
Channel stretch used to add water to a navigation channel by supplying pumping stations. Example: Neuhauser feed passage of the Oder-Spree canal, even with shipping. Should be distinguished from "pumping station circulating channels" as part of a supply pumping plant to over-pump from one channel section to another.
