Definition
Local radio system for the determination and continuous and autonomous emission of Differential Global Navigation Satellite-System (DGPS) -correction values to the position information from satellite systems (eg. Global Positioning System - GPS) for marine ships, shipping marks,among others by means of a medium-wave transmission method. The MW-DGPS systems belong to it.
