Definition
Indpendently usable roofed construction, which can be entered by humans and is suitable or intended to serve the protection of humans, animals or things. In duplex houses or row houses each housing unit counts as one building, on the other hand, a building can contain a number of separate apartments (eg. multi-family house). Indoor shelters are part of a building.
