- Master file with all information about filenames (filetype di-mf.dat)
- Master file with all information about secondary reference points (filetype hrpi-mf.dat)
- Master file with all information about program choice (filetype pai-mf.dat)

- Master file with all time information (filetype zi-mf.dat)
Output-Files
The program TR2APP just creates general input files for all analysis programs to control the use of these programs:
- general input files for all desired analysis programs
- batch files for automatic use of all analysis programs
- link files to give the analysis programs the needed input files
Methodology
After reading all master files TR2APP creates general input files. Older files will be renamed not removed. In addition to this TR2APP creates a UNIX script file in which will stands the exact postprocessing run. This file will be executed and so the analysis will starts. You will find more information about this program in the Supercomputing News paper 2/1996.
